New to computers?  We can show you how to setup your computer, navigate the desktop, use email, learn common computer terminology, connect your digital camera to your computer, edit and share your photos,  burn (save) your pictures to a CD, keep your computer safe from viruses and hackers, research your interests on the Internet, create Word processing documents, listen to and organize your music, understand the windows file system (Windows Explorer) and use common peripherals such as printers and scanners. 

Already comfortable with computers but would like get more out of your home PC?  We can show you how to track your finances (using a financial product such as Quicken), install new applications, learn Microsoft Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets) and Access (databases), create your own macros, use keyboard shortcuts and develop your own web page.     

Just got a new computer?  We can set it up for you, configure it so that you can access the Internet, using your existing Internet service provider, remove unwanted programs, install critical Windows security updates and connect it to your printer, scanner, fax machine and other peripheral devices.  We also provide data transfer services which includes copying files such as pictures and documents from your old computer on to your new one.  Applications for which you have a valid license &  installation CDs can normally also be reinstalled onto  your new computer.  Contact us for more information

Or perhaps you want to upgrade your existing software to the latest version?  DDS can upgrade any software including Microsoft Office,  financial software or any other application for which you have purchased an upgrade license.  For software installations and upgrades, we would be happy to sit down with you and show you how it is done so that next time you will feel more comfortable doing it yourself.
